Hello we have just purchased a property from Andrew I found him to be very friendly, professional and innovative in which he was able to come up with a solution which allowed us to purchase the property for the price we were happy with. The purchase was very easy and relaxing compared to other property purchases we have done and this is the reason we are now using Southgate as property managers to handle our properety aswell.

I had four appraisals on my home, all came in with similar figures, so it came down to the person I felt most comfortable with and Andrew Milne came in top of my list. I found him to be down to earth, honest, approachable through every process of the sale and he kept me well informed when people had been to view my property. After only one open inspection, my home was sold at a realistic price I was happy with and the whole process from start to finish took seven weeks, purely because I wanted a six week settlement to give me time to pack my possessions and move out. Andrew stayed in touch through this whole process with courtesy calls to see how I was going with the packing, informing me of the next step and putting me in touch with a Conveyancer. The whole process (apart from packing and culling) was smooth and went without a hitch. Andrew contacted me to let me know that settlement had occurred and wished me luck in my new ventures. I would recommend him hands down as he made me feel like his most important client and I’m sure he has this approach with all his clients, whether you are selling or buying a home. I could not be happier with my recent experience of buying a home from Andrew Milne. Once my partner and I decided to buy a property we contacted 4 agents to set up open inspections at quite short notice. Andrew responded promptly & arranged to meet with us and was the only agent who seemed positive about our request. From our first meeting, we could see that Andrew was professional, well-informed about the property and current market trends and, above all, he was friendly, down to earth and keen to answer my frequent questions. All communications were excellent as Andrew responded to calls, texts and emails immediately. He followed up my questions to the vendor and got back to me promptly. On some days there were 5 or 6 contacts and he was always respectful, helpful and enthusiastic. When it came to the paperwork, Andrew was excellent at explaining the process and requirements. He always took time to answer my questions and sorted everything out efficiently. In fact the entire process was stress-free. We are absolutely delighted with the way Andrew conducted our purchase, from start to finish, and of course we are incredibly happy with the outcome as we now have the home of our dreams.
