I purchased a property from Andrew after experiencing a gruelling time dealing with other agents. Andrew is a refreshing change in a tainted industry. He was incredibly helpful, kind, and transparent. Andrew facilitated communication with the vendor and we ended up with a contract satisfactory to all parties. Andrew opened up the property on numerous occasions to assist with measurements etc and he was always polite and helpful, regardless of how many times I rang. Hello we have just purchased a property from Andrew I found him to be very friendly, professional and innovative in which he was able to come up with a solution which allowed us to purchase the property for the price we were happy with. The purchase was very easy and relaxing compared to other property purchases we have done and this is the reason we are now using Southgate as property managers to handle our properety aswell.

I had four appraisals on my home, all came in with similar figures, so it came down to the person I felt most comfortable with and Andrew Milne came in top of my list. I found him to be down to earth, honest, approachable through every process of the sale and he kept me well informed when people had been to view my property. After only one open inspection, my home was sold at a realistic price I was happy with and the whole process from start to finish took seven weeks, purely because I wanted a six week settlement to give me time to pack my possessions and move out. Andrew stayed in touch through this whole process with courtesy calls to see how I was going with the packing, informing me of the next step and putting me in touch with a Conveyancer. The whole process (apart from packing and culling) was smooth and went without a hitch. Andrew contacted me to let me know that settlement had occurred and wished me luck in my new ventures. I would recommend him hands down as he made me feel like his most important client and I'm sure he has this approach with all his clients, whether you are selling or buying a home. Andrew fairly and accurately represented the property to us as buyers and his straight forward and honest approach was certainly appreciated.
